I completely understand that life happens and unexpected things can come up — I’ve been there too. I am understanding and ask that you reach out to me as soon as something come up. That being said, I do have a 24-hour cancellation policy in place to protect my time and my business. A card is required to secure all appointments. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Please arrive on time to your appointment. If you are running late, feel free to reach out, but your service may need to be adjusted to fit the remaining time.
